Paul McClean - Chief Executive Officer
- Third generation media executive with long term global experience in broadcast, publishing and digital media organisations.
- Commercially focussed with extensive background in corporate and commercial development, including mergers and acquisitions, new capital raising, strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
- Founder of TSE Group Ltd. as a private company, taking it to a public listing on ASX and subsequently responsible for the sale of the group to a private equity consortium.
John Nuutinen – Chief Operating Officer
- 15+ years of senior management experience in Publishing and New Media.
- Formulated the strategy for, and implemented, the development of various online business models for multi-national organizations such as Reed Business Information, Thomson Legal & Regulatory and LexisNexis.
- Multi-award winning Publisher in traditional and web-based media (Australian Business & Specialist Publishers Association).
- Solid track record of commercial success in a variety of markets including Medical, Legal, Architectural and Corporate segments.
Robert Horsfall - Chief Financial Officer
- Extensive experience in multi-national corporations and global technology-based companies.
- 20 year background of senior financial & management positions in the UK, USA, Asia & Australia.
- CA & member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
